Very positive reaction to the new Mixed Touch Event

We are delighted to announce that three companies have all signed up to be the first entrants into the new Mixed Touch Competition, with another five teams in the wings having pledged to follow suit in the next couple of days. Therefore although September seems a long time away and nobody wants to wish the summer away. Time is marching on. So come on companies....be brave... take up the rugby challenge to decide who is the best Corporate Touch rugby team of them all!

Pariticants in last year's inaugural sevens competition, Reed Smith have this year decided to try their hand at the mixed Touch competition. They join new comers Macfarlanes, who having supported the event last year, albeit in the bar! Spurred on by the excitement of the rubgy skills displayed, this year they have determined to swop their business suits for skin tight rugby tops and join in the fun. Best of British as they say.

Headline Sponsors for the second year running, Trafigura, not content with entering a team into the sevens event have also entered a team into the inaugural Mixed Touch competition. Captained by Managing Director and fleet of foot winger Frank Runge, Trafigura will no doubt present as touch a challenge on the pitch as they do off it.
