Business Networking Zone

Every company who gets involved in this year's event, by entering a team, taking a hospitality or sponsorship package or just buying general spectator or Leonad Lounge tickets can take advantage of our new networking zone. Located adjacent to the Leonard Lounge, this is a great opportunity to promote your company effectively to like-minded businesses.

Although the focus will naturally be on the rugby, with so many of the UK’s most prestigious companies represented on the day we are sure you will find this a fantastic B2B networking opportunity to meet your peers, promote your business, services and discover new business opportunities.

Everyone wishing to take advantage of this opportunity, which is really intended as a stop/see general networking opportunity, will be allocated an area within the marquee, @ 3 metres wide by 2 metres deep, large enough to allow for a pop-up or indeed two pull-ups to be erected. This space also allows for a table for brochures and leaflets, which can be supplied if required, together with a couple of chairs.

Please note as the marquee does not have a structured floor, whilst every care will be taken to ensure the ground is as flat as possible, it is up to each company to ensure the safe erection of all of their display materials. At this moment it is not envisaged that power will be supplied to the area as we are not seeking to turn this into a formal exhibition. The location of the zone is next to the Leonard Lounge for which all companies sponsoring the event have automatic access. This area, which is next door to the networking zone, contains a pay bar and TV screen relaying live and edited highlights of the days play from both competitions, so you are never too far from the action.

Every company who takes up a sponsorship package gains automatic access into the Zone and one of the event organising team will be in contact closer to the day to sort out each company's requirements.
