Guidelines for Banner/Pitch Side Advertising

The number of complimentary advertisement boards applicable to your sponsorship package, is detailed in the accompanying sponsorship confirmation letter. Set out below are the technical requirements for the composition of the advertisement/board design.

All Advertising boards measure 90cm x 300cm. The design is printed onto heavy gauge 300 denier PVC. The advertising hoardings will be displayed around all four playing pitches.

The cost for banner inclusive of all production costs, artwork and so forth is £1500. The banner is yours to keep at the bend of the event of you wish to reuse it at other events.

Artwork Requirements      

We are able to accept Artwork via the following methods:-

• FTP - We have an ftp site that can be accessed to upload artwork. This is a simple process and can prove both fast and economical if accessed via either ISDN or ADSL.

• Email - We can be contacted directly on one of the following (Please Note that there is a 2MB limitation placed on all incoming emails).

• Removable media - We can accept Floppy Discs, CD’s,(PC Format), please include a hardcopy with all discs.

• Unformatted Artwork - We can also accept via post Scanned artwork, Bromides and Transparencies, however the last category will incur additional artwork costs. These costs will be calculated on sight of the artwork.

Artwork must conform to one of the following formats:-

• Adobe Illustrator (version CS3 or earlier)
• Macromedia Freehand (only if saved as an .eps file).
• Quark Express files (only if exported as an .eps file).
• Adobe Photoshop, we can accept .tiff, .jpg, .psd, and .eps images,
This type of file will only be accepted for 4 colour process printing. The resolution of these images should be 500 – 600 dpi and the image saved at 1/10th of the final image size).  For block colour designs, we require vector drawings.

General Guidelines

• Any artwork containing fonts should have the fonts converted to outlines. We cannot guarantee to have your required font within our library.
• Please provide pantone references, a CMYK breakdown will not suffice.
• All placed images should accompany any artwork.

The following cannot be accepted as Artwork:-

• Publisher Files
• Any form of compressed file (zip, rar, ace, sit etc.)
• PDF type files (these can only be used as a visual aid, as the image data will suffer when imported into Adobe Illustrator).
