Day Time Hospitality Menus

The menu plan below has been designed to cater for all tastes and with hot and cold food options to pick from. You will select your food choices using our online shop or over the phone when your order is being taken by a member of staff.

We have catered for vegetarian options in the menu below. If you have special dietary requirements, once you have selected your menu choice, on the following page you will be able to list these requirements. Luncheon Items

The menu works on the basis for each table of ten; you are free to select three dishes from the hot or cold selections. Either you can have two hot and one cold or vice-versa. Whether the dish is hot or cold is indicated in the luncheon menu options below.

You can then select three salads from the options displayed and two desserts from the selection on offer. Coffee and tea come as part of the dining package. If cheese is required it is a chargeable extra.

Optional Extras (Only available for tables of 10, not individuals)

Breakfast and/or afternoon tea are also available at a chargeable extra.

Luncheon Menu

Luncheon Hot Items

  • Salmon darne sweet herb crust
  • Chicken breast marinated in thai curry sauce with stir fried vegetables
  • Cajun chicken fillets with tomato and red capsicum salsa
  • Roasted courgette, black olive and red onion tart
  • Sesame and sweet soy sword fish steak with baby spinach, lime, ginger and coriander rice
  • Wild mushroom and butternut stroganoff, herb rice, roasted shallots and sour cream

Luncheon Cold Items

  • Vine tomatoes with mozzarella and French bean salad
  • Spinach and pine nut torte, caramelized chicory and ratatouille dressing
  • Goats cheese and fresh rosemary brochette with wild rocket and chilli tomato salsa
  • Roasted vegetable and Italian farm house cheese frittata serve with fruit and onion relish
  • Lemon and oregano grilled chicken breast with avocado, mixed peppers and tomato salsa
  • Sliced smoked duck, mango and cucumber with red chard salad and sweet chilli dressing

Salad Selection (Three salad options)

  • Cucumber, asparagus and chilli lime salsa salad
  • New potatoes with grain mustard, vinaigrette and spring onions
  • Cumin spiced cous cous, roasted vegetable and olive salad
  • Sliced tomato mélange with chiffonade of Greek parsely
  • Caeser Salad
  • Roasted mushroom, thyme and lemon with garlic oil
  • Carrot, ginger, sultana and herbed crème fraiche dressing

Dessert Options (Two options)

  • Raspberry crème Brule tart with crushed raspberries
  • Pear and Almond tart with Apricot mascarpone
  • Individual tiramisu with coffee syrup, mascarpone and chocolate frosting
  • Honey Glazed apple tart with thyme and almond clotted cream
  • White and dark chocolate hazelnut praline

Cheese Board (OPTIONAL EXTRA)

If a Cheese Board is required there is a £30 + VAT supplement per table of ten. The cheese selection includes Somerset Brie, Cornish Yarg and Cheddar, table grapes, celery, biscuits and walnut bread).

Breakfast – Breakfast is available per table of 10 only and is served from 9.15am till 11.00am at £52.50 + VAT (£5.25 per person). A selection of mini danish and pastries with preserves, bacon rolls and coffee will be served.

Afternoon Tea – Afternoon tea is available per table of 10 only and is served from 3.00pm – 5.30pm at £69.50 + VAT (£6.95 per person). This includes:

  • Freshly brewed tea
  • Selection of sandwiches to include: Cucumber and cream cheese, egg and cress, ham and mustard, tuna mayonnaise
  • Scones with clotted Cream and preserves
  • Selection of sliced cake

Afternoon Tea Deluxe – Afternoon tea with supplemental smoked salmon sandwiches, fresh strawberries and cream. This is available per table of 10 and is served from 3.00pm – 5.30pm at £92.50 + VAT (£9.25 per person). This includes:

  • Smoked salmon sandwiches
  • Fresh strawberries and cream
  • Freshly brewed tea
  • Selection of sandwiches to include: Cucumber and cream Cheese, egg and cress, ham and mustard, tuna mayonnaise
  • Scones with clotted Cream and preserves
  • Selection of sliced cake
