Every company that gets involved in this year's event, by entering a team, taking a hospitality or sponsorship package can take advantage of our networking zone. Located adjacent to the hospitality area, this is a great opportunity to promote your company effectively to like-minded businesses.

With so many of the UK’s most prestigious companies represented on the day we are sure you will find this a fantastic B2B networking opportunity to meet your peers, promote your business and services and discover new business opportunities.

Everyone wishing to take advantage of this opportunity, which is really intended just as a stop/see general networking opportunity, will be allocated an area within the marquee, 3 metres by 2 metres, large enough to allow for a pop-up or indeed two pull-ups to be erected. Please note the marquee does not have a floor and whilst every care will be taken to ensure the ground is as flat as possible, it is up to each company to ensure the safe erection of all of their display materials. At this moment it is not envisaged that power will be supplied to the area as we are not seeking to turn this into a formal exhibition. However tables for brochures and leaflets can be supplied if required. The area will contain a pay bar and TV screens relaying live and edited highlights of the days play from both competitions.

The charge for companies wishing to take advantage of this opportunity will be £500 (plus VAT) but those companies taking either a hospitality or sponsorship package will enjoy a significantly discounted rate of £150 (plus VAT).
