Glossary
Exclusive Hospitality Suite
This package allows for a private pitch-side suite with the option of either 2,4,6 or 8 tables of 10 people per table, with all food inclusive throughout the day (lunch and afternoon tea) plus £100 beverage allowance per table (controlled by event credit card).
Table in Hospitality Area
This package allows for either a shared table or exclusive table of 10 within the main hospitality area, includes all food throughout the day (lunch and afternoon tea) plus £100 beverage allowance per table (controlled by event credit card).
***Breakfast is available (bacon rolls, Danish pastries and coffee) at an extra cost £5.25 plus VAT per person.
Gala Dinner
This package includes entry to the Babicka Original Wormwood Vodka Cocktail Party, plus table(s) at the Gala Dinner with the option of being joined by a leading rugby player. Entertainment at the dinner includes: an after-dinner speaker, Q&A session with England rugby players, a guest entertainer, live and silent auctions, live band and dancing and replays of the day's best play. Nightclub Package
Subject to the number of tables taken at the Gala Dinner, there will be an allocation of tickets to the post-tournament party, including travel and access to the party. N.B. No drinks included in this package.
Pitch-side Advertising
300 x 90 solid PVC banners printed with 4 colour process to your company’s exclusive design. Banners can be sent to you after the event.
The banners around the main pitch will be attached to the existing surrounding hoardings, in all other areas, the banners will be free-standing on banner frameworks.
